TA-DAAAA!

I love this picture of me from my Enneagram workshop last fall because look at my hands: am I facilitating growth for a room of corporate executives… or am I a magician’s assistant?

The answer is: YES. Because the best part of my day wasn’t when I was doing the teaching. It was when I found myself holding the room while these brilliant leaders engaged with each other. By the time we wrapped they were buzzing with new learning and conversation—THEY were creating the magic that will help them grow into a high-performing team.

So, on the one hand, my posture is kind of hilarious. But on the other hand: TA-DAAAA!
